Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns for 30 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us at returns @marycrane.com. Our Customer Service Staff will give you the address and a return number for your order or partial order. The item must have the original packing slip included for proper credit. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until a credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.
Unfortunately, personalized or engraved items cannot be returned for refund.
We can only issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase.
Shipping
Our goal is to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Weekend orders ship the following Monday. Personalized stationery orders will take 7 to 14 days to process and ship out. We ship via FedEx from Colorado.
